No Account Mapped for This Username Error Solution in Hindi

जब आप SBI Internet Banking activate करते हो तो by default आपको full access नहीं दिया जाता है जिसकी वजह से User does not have any account to upgrade the access level error show होता है और इसकी वजह से आप fund transfer नहीं कर पाते हो.

इसके अलावा by default user का account भी hide account list add में होता है जिसकी वजह से No accounts mapped for this username error show होता है और इसकी वजह से आप अपनी personal profile में changes नही कर पाते हो.

इन दोनों ही problem का solution एक ही है और इसके लिए पहले आपको अपने account को hide account list से unhide करना होता है और इसके बाद आपको account user को full transaction rights देने होते है. ये दोनों steps follow करने के 1 Hour बाद आपकी problem solve हो जायेगी.

Step 1: सबसे पहले आप SBI Online में login कीजिये और फिर Profile पर click करके Manage A/c Display पर click कीजिये. अब आपसे आपका Profile Password माँगा जायेगा जिसे enter करके आपको submit button पर click करना है.

Step 2: अब आपके सामने Hide Accounts और Unhide Accounts की tab नजर आएगी. आपको Unhide Accounts tab पर click करके और फिर account account number को select करके Submit button पर click करना है.

ऐसा करने से आपके सामने एक एक message show होगा “You have successfully modified your account profile for enquiry and transaction access to the following accounts” और इसका मतलब है की आपका account unhide हो चुका है और अब वो Hide Accounts वाली tab में show होगा.

Step 3: अब आपको menu-bar में Request & Enquiries पर click करके Upgrade Access Level पर click करना है.

Step 4: अब अपना account select करें और फिर Upgrade Access Level to dropdown menu से Full Transaction Rights select करके submit button पर click कर दीजिये.

Step 5: अब आपके mobile पर एक OTP send होगा जिसे आप enter करके confirm button पर click करके दीजिये और फिर आपके सामने एक message show होगा.

“Your request for upgradation of rights for the account selected by you has been accepted and it may take one hour to activate the same in our records.”

इस message का मतलब है की account user को full transaction rights दे दिए गये लेकिन इसे पूरी तरह से activate होने में कम से कम One Hour लगेगा फिर उसके बाद कभी भी आपको ये User does not have any account to upgrade the access level error और No accounts mapped for this username error show नही होंगे.
